Since 2008 the Union of Information Technology
Enterprises (UITE) under RA Prime Minister’s auspices
has been holding the Open Robot Competition of Armenia (ArmRobotics).
Union of Information Technology Enterprises announces a new
round of the Open Robot Competition of Armenia.
During 2009 and 2010 Open Robot Competition of Armenia will
encompass five types of contests for different age groups.
Contests:
“Computer simulation” contest (envisaged for students)
“Line tracking robot” contest (envisaged for students)
“Object collection robot” contest (no age limit)
“Minesweeper robot” contest (no age limit)
The goal of the contest is to mobilize Armenian youth from
Armenia and Diaspora, young scientists, engage our intellectual
potential from Diaspora, develop team mindset and working
style with the Armenian youngsters, spur new technologies
establishment in Armenia.
The winners of the Open Robot Competition of Armenia (ArmRobotics)
will receive valuable prizes and souvenirs.
